On 13 October, OPPO announced a partnership with AI agent platform Manus to bring agentic features into AI Mind Pilot on ColorOS. The companies say the goal is to move beyond Q&A toward multi-step tasks that finish with a usable result.

Agent Mode on Find X10

Manus capabilities debut in AI Mind Pilot's new Agent Mode on the upcoming OPPO Find X10 Series with ColorOS 17. OPPO describes an agent that can understand an end goal, break it into steps, pick tools, and work with files and photos already on the phone.

Examples in the press release include building a travel itinerary from bookings scattered across apps, organising trip photos, or assembling a presentation from local files and online information from a single prompt.

Privacy and control

ColorOS 17 uses on-device models for local organisation. OPPO says that for tasks such as finding, organising or renaming files and photos, original content stays on the device and is not shared with Manus. If a task needs external processing, AI Mind Pilot will ask for explicit confirmation before uploading.

Further details on markets and availability will come at the Find X10 launch.
